it was almost on the 3rd month that me and my hubby knew that we're havin a baby when i decided to take a pregnancy test myself, whooaalllaaa.. i got TWO STRIPES, we were so happy, glad and so blessed to know that at last we're havin one.
now im on my 6th month this weekend and excited to know if its a boy or a girl. i don't care if its a boy or girl as long as me and my lil pea are healthy.
currently, i'm having minor depression which my friends told me that it's normal coz of the hormonal change im going through with my pregnancy. i hope it will soon be over. i don't wanna go through this crying thing. i don't wanna hurt my baby. i'm also having all sorts of muscle pain all over me but the worse one is the backpain. ppfffttt i really hate it, especially when i travel from home to office and vice versa. it's such a PITA to me. but nevertheless, i have to go through this as this is part of the preganancy. waaaaaahhhhh.. pwede mu.collapse kadali.. heheh

Drunkard baby.That is what she loves to do when seated on her dad's lap.No worries though,she just love licking the mouth of the bottle,no more beer left inside.My baby is gonna be 7 months in few days and she knows a lot of tricks that simply tickles my brain.
Our baby is not just a typical baby you normally see around.She is one of a kind,I should say.How many babies you know of who is happy and smiling almost all the time? Do you know babies who would give her sweetest and biggest smile when she wakes up?
As far as I know,most babies if not all upon waking up would normally cry when mom and dad are not around or just because they just feel like doing it.Our baby is the opposite one.Whether she sees me or not after sleeping,she would just stay in her crib,make those panting sounds,baby mumble and wait for mommy to come pick her up.Attached photos are solid proof of her mood gikan tulog.
I so treasure moments I spent with my daughter so it will create a sweet memory of me and her while she's still a baby.All of our moments together will be stored in her sub conscious mind and it won't be too hard for her to remember her times with mommy.
Just a quick post for my baby's big round eyes here.I have nothing else to do but this one.She is just looking pretty in my own eyes and yes,she's half filipina-half American baby that is why she has a pair of brown eyes.Her dad is hazel-eyed and I am brown.Have a nice weekend to all people out there!
In our native language,we call rice porridge as "Pospas" which is made of the basic ingredients rice and water.Today,I made some rice porridge for my baby.I make it into chicken savory flavor so she will have the appetite to eat it and slurp it just like her oatmeal cereal.
My ingredients are:chicken strips(I recycled the roasted chicken we have),green onions,rice,water and garlic.I sauteed the garlic and chicken first then pour some water into it and add the rice.Boil for 30 minutes or if desired consistency is meet and add the onions afterwards.
It sure taste so good that my baby likes it very much.I think I'm going to switch from oatmeal cereal to just porridge for her.
Aha,I just disocvered that baby Deden has no trouble going to sleep if she has a beautiful soothing music.I am playing those old classical love songs that I recorded in a cd and play it while I am putting her to sleep.
Guess,she just behave,stopped moving and finally close her eyes and sleep.She is normally an easy baby but I can see the difference when music is being played.
I can't believe how hot it is here right now. I seldom feel hot,nose will sweat and that is exactly I am now.Sweaty nose and back.
So is my baby.In fact,I just got her naked for she is really really hot and sweating.My God what is happening to the world? I make fun of my baby by putting her top on her head making her look like a nun.
I love taking photos of my daughter.As much as possible I'd like to keep tons of her babyish photos so we can look at them together when she is able to talk and point herself in a portrait.The ones attached in this entry are just my favorite.Just so innocent looking fragile and angelic face is doing.... what? Can you guess? To those close friends who knew it just keep it for a while.hehehe..let other people guess what my Deden was doing in these photos.

Since my baby is turning 4 months soon,it is just a good idea for me to start introducing her to solid food slowly. I tried giving her an orange when I had my lunch and baby suck from it,'twas her first time to taste adult food like orange you know? She liked it I can tell.Soon she is going to be having cereal in spoon.I would prefer giving it to her using a spoon so she can lick on it and practice her mouth or tongue tasting the food.
Looking forward to feeding my Jadyn some baby food and "pinoy" food in the long run.
I just remember this video I have uploaded on youtube last March 27.I am posting it here to look back of my baby's first smile.Such a happy world she has for always flashing her sweet smile to mommy and daddy.Now she can giggle and coos a lot.
I always swaddle my baby tight so she can sleep.She likes it and doesn't complain about swaddling.This is to keep her sleep for hours.If I won't do it,she would just close her eyes in less than 30 minutes. I worry that if summer time will come and she will not change this habit I don't know of any way to put her to sleep so that she won't get hot.I don't think swaddling is a good idea during hot summer.

Mom can't draw my face in this photo because she teased me alot. I wanted to sleep but couldn't she just want always take a picture of my babyish face. Opps no mom,I am seriously sleeping here.Stop that! What are you doing?

Lalabs really love taking photos of us while sleeping.He thinks I don't know it.Though I am tired and asleep but I can hear the camera clicking and clicking in the middle of the night.Hayyy he may be find his mag-ina cute or he's fascinated of us sleeping. I always treasure this photo for me and my baby.
It feels good to have my baby sleeping in my arms. She just feel comfortable in mommy's arms that she can sleep immediately as soon as I put her in my chest. Hope she knows how much I love her because I truly do.Nothing can ever replace a mother's love to her daughter. I should keep this photo so she can look at it how much I cared for her when she was a baby.
Whoa hehehe I am laughing my ass off when watching this video of a very cute baby sleeping.He is just so cute trying to sleep in a right position but he can't..he just can't. I did not realize,the most awaited gift we ever wished to have is already here.Jadyn is celebrating her second month from birth today.I thought 9 months of carrying her in my womb was too long but I felt like it was just days before I could have her.How happy I am for having such a sweet,healthy and very beautiful girl! She's an amazing baby that brings happiness to us.The one that could bind us together,the very only person that makes us a family.She completes us! I LOVE YOU SO MUCH MY JADYN!

I'm haunted by my conscience today because this afternoon,I was in the mood of cleaning the bathroom sink and the mirror for it has been ages since I last cleaned it.I trusted my baby was full,fully fed with milk formula in a bottle and was in deep slumber before I left her in the bedroom.
I was just taking my time cleaning you know? But before I could even finish my work she was awake already and making small noises at first.Then it's getting medium high to very loud cry.However,I just ignore her and continued with what I was doing. Took a shower,again taking my time under a warm running water...then my baby continued crying,this time,kusog na kaayo,pinaluom-luom,pinakanlat totonlan style and not even a single tear in her eyes which is very louy.
I ran to her quickly and picked her up,trying to calm her down but she didn't...as if I could almost cry along with her hearing my baby crying like she's in deep pain.hohoho louy ayo ko nagtan aw sa ako bb oi..such a torture for me..
What I did then is take her outside for a while and dance slowly,singing a bit...thanks goodness,it worked,she calmed down and got quiet. Until now,even if it happened couple of hours ago,I am still feeling guilty.I'm asking myself,how could I do that to my little precious Angel?
Good baby today,she just sleep soundly by herself and not crying.She allowed me to take a shower early.When I was done,she is still sleeping which I like very much.She is so good when she has no gas in the stomach if she does,she would not let mommy do a chore or her blogging.
Good thing though that she only gets fussy at night time.My husband is already home so that way he can help me with Jadyn for a while.Truly I'm loving my big girl.She really is getting bigger and bigger each day.My husband said that he missed the once cute and little baby we brought home from the hospital.She now has square face and really chubby chunky cheeks that I like so much.
It's so hard for me to be away from my baby even just for a moment because I think she knows it when I'm gone. Earlier today I was asking Ivy to watch for my baby while I take a shower real quick. I turned my cam on so she knows when the baby is crying and when she does,she would just buzz me.
Not long I walk away from the bedroom and the baby cried,according to Ivy it was just a minute when I left and Jadyn started lifting her hands and feet up in the air.Argsss..started to cry and Ivy couldn't help anything because she's only on the internet hehe.
Guess this baby can really sense her mom's smell because she knows when I am not beside her,that is when she start to cry..smart baby huh? Or could it be her instinct telling her to cry because mommy is not with her?
Truly babies are amazing.But if you don't understand the reason why they cry then they might lose your temper.I bathe my baby this morning for her to feel fresher.I do it every other day because I am kinda lazy putting her in the tub everyday.This will work I know,babies are clean they don't need to be bathed everyday unless of course they feel hot and sweaty.
After bathing,I feed her right away as I think she deserves it.She is so good because she did not cry despite of the cold temperature and goose bumps in her,she just waited for me.She normally sleep immediately upon feeding but today she was a bit different. I think I did all my best to calm her down(though it was not a serious crying) hingi hingi ginagmay lang..and yet she continue crying. And ah I came to an idea,what if I wrap her tight,would she be ok? I was right,all she needed was a tight wrap and a little bit more formula milk.Moments later,she fell asleep and mind you,snoring pah!! I did close my eyes too as I was very sleepy!
