I am enrolled in Cebuano Heritage Studies at the University of San Carlos where our class, made up mostly of Cebuano professionals who are also history buffs, culture vultures and antique collectors, are taught everything Cebuano: history, culture, food, dance (hahaha!), literature, music, visual arts, painting, architecture, and yes, how to manage so called "festivals" during town fiestas.
